Our Story

Blue Crow Properties was established in 1999 as a real estate investment and property management company headquartered in Austin, TX. We manage commercial properties in Austin and Beaumont, Texas.

We are a full-service company that includes management, leasing, marketing, and accounting.

As a property management company, we strive to keep expenses low by maintaining good relationships with vendors and being proactive in maintenance. Our goal is to have a well-managed property while preserving and enhancing the commercial asset. Tenant and vendor relationships are very important; we always work to keep both to be held and the highest of standards.

As a leasing and marketing company, we have accumulated vast contacts in the city of Austin to promote all vacant spaces through email blasts, social media, this website, and other various realtor websites. We create our own marketing fliers as well to help expedite the leasing process.

As an accounting company, we prepare all monthly reports using standard property management software – Yardi. We conduct quarterly audits to ensure we are on-track with yearly budgets. We reconcile the triple net CAM expenses at year-end to determine the funds to be collected or reimbursed if necessary. We also handle all property tax protesting and communications to keep taxes as low as possible for each property.
