Blue Crow Properties has adopted a new system that allows our tenants to pay their balances online through RentCafé. Please refer to the instructions below to sign up and get started paying via RentCafé:

RentCafé Sign-Up Instructions

Please follow closely as some details are critical to signing up correctly!

Click the link above to be directed to the sign-up page.

You need to search for the property you are located at. The search function is not very forgiving; you have to type the property name exactly how we have it in our system. Find your property from the list below, highlight & copy the name, and paste it into the search bar.

After you’ve selected your property, you will be asked to enter your first and last name - don’t enter your actual first and last name! Here, you'll need to enter your business' FULL name in BOTH fields. We have sent you an email inviting you to join RentCafé that will show the exact business name we have for you in our system. Again, this needs to be copied exactly into both the first and last name fields to correctly sign up for RentCafé.

Follow the instructions to fill out the various information RentCafé requires to register your account. After clicking submit, they will send you an email verification link. Please click the link and log in. When this final step is done, the account will be registered and you can view your charges, enroll in autopay, or set up email or text reminders.
